Finding Wild (Broken) Robots
Player-reported
Everything on this page is community-reported. We do not invent map pins. Cross-check in your save.
Why hunt them?
- Achievements track repairing broken robots in the city (e.g. Emergency Maintenance, Mechanic).
- Players recommend always keeping repair kits in the car (door storage mentioned in reviews) so you can fix a robot when you find one.
- One completionist-style review noted needing to find on the order of six wild robots for related progress — exact counts may vary; treat as a soft target.
Confirmed community tip: motel parking lot
A Steam community review reported that the last hard-to-find wild robot was hidden in the motel parking lot.
If you’re stuck at “one robot left,” sweep the motel lot carefully — corners, behind vehicles, and less-lit edges. Player-reported; your layout may differ after updates.
Search habits that help
- Drive routes you’d skip when optimizing deliveries — side lots, alleys, and landmark parking areas.
- Bring repair kits before a long drive so you don’t discover a bot empty-handed.
- Listen / look for smoke, sparks, or odd robot silhouettes (visual cues vary by build).
- After store expansions unlock more of Cranelock, re-check newly accessible districts.
- If a bot is on fire, extinguish first when the game allows — there’s an achievement for putting out a burning robot.
